HDT Global Announces CEO Transition
SOLON, Ohio – Aug. 12, 2011 – HDT Global (HDT), a provider of highly-engineered mobile military and emergency response solutions, today announces the HDT Global Board of Directors has appointed Jason Chamberlain as President and CEO. Mr. Chamberlain will replace John Gilligan, the company’s Chairman of the Board of Directors, who has served as interim CEO since March 2011.

In March, 2010, Jason Chamberlain joined HDT Global as Chief Operating Officer, and in March, 2011, assumed the role of President and Chief Operating Officer. With more than 30 years of manufacturing experience in the defense industry, Mr. Chamberlain previously served as Senior Vice President of Defense and Aerospace Systems for Sanmina-SCI and as Vice President of Mobility and Surveillance Systems for Pratt & Whitney.
In addition to professional achievements, Mr. Chamberlain was a Distinguished Military Graduate and commissioned Army Officer, holding a Bachelor of Arts from Wheaton College and a Master of Science in Information Technology from George Washington University.
